North Shore Art Crawl

The North Shore Art Crawl celebrates the talent of local artists. Each spring, artists, local community galleries, commercial galleries, and art schools open their doors to the public to display their work and share their passion. The North Shore Art Crawl is inclusive of all art forms and includes artists working in a variety of media, including textiles, jewellery, wood, pottery, graphic design, sculpture, painting, glass and photography.

“Traditionally, the North Shore Art Crawl has happened in the first two weeks of March. This year we are happy to move our event to the fall, to join an ever-growing art crawl season. With over 150 artists participating at 88 locations this year, we invite the public to stop by a local business or gallery, meet the artists, watch a demonstration, or try your hand at a creative activity, all while learning about the artistic community on the North Shore.” – Nancy Cottingham Powell, Executive Director, North Van Arts

Pick up a North Shore Art Crawl event guide at CityScape Community ArtSpace, community centres, libraries, and select businesses across the North Shore, or download a copy online. The guide highlights locations that are offering opening night receptions, art activities, and demonstrations.
