Canada Soccer House at The Shipyards

From June 11 to July 19, experience 100+ live match broadcasts at the region’s premier waterfront destination. 

The City is thrilled to partner with Canada Soccer Media & Entertainment (CSME) to host Uber Eats Canada Soccer House North Vancouver. As North Vancouver’s official home to Canada Soccer during the World Cup, we’re welcoming fans from across the region to The Shipyards. Let’s come together to watch “the beautiful game” from the iconic North Shore waterfront, all for free.

Part watch party, street festival, soccer fest, and national celebration, all rolled into one! Experience six weeks of 80+ live match broadcasts on a large-than-life screen, nestled in the Shipyard Commons. Each day is filled with a variety of fun, family-friendly activities, including immersive entertainment, food trucks, a beverage garden, games and prizes, and other surprises.

What to Expect

Know before you go! There are three types of days, each with their own unique experiences.

  • Uber Eats Canada Soccer House: The full Uber Eats Canada Soccer House experience will occur on 12+ select days throughout the tournament. Activities will be completely free and will offer live broadcast of matches on the big screen, athlete meet-and-greets, giveaways, and entertainment. Fans can also enjoy food and beverage offerings, social gathering spaces, retail pop-ups featuring official merchandise, sponsor activations, and interactive games, prizes, and surprises designed for fans of all ages. Dates include:
    • June 12 — 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • June 13 — 11 a.m. to 12 a.m.
    • June 17 — 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
    • June 18 — 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • June 20 — 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • June 21 — 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • June 23 — 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • June 24 — 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • June 26 — 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
    • July 1 — 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    • July 2 — 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
    • July 7 — 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Match Viewing Days: On all other match days, soccer fans will find live match broadcasts and a selection of food trucks and beverage vendors.
  • Rest Days: On tournament rest days visit The Shipyards for its comfortable, scenic waterfront setting, and maybe catch a soccer-themed movie on the big screen!

CAPILANO SUSPENSION BRIDGE & PARK

 

 

As Vancouver takes centre stage during the world’s biggest soccer tournament, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is lacing up its boots and joining in the celebration.

From June 6 to July 19, the quintessential outdoor destination will come alive with Canyon Kick-Off, an immersive, soccer-themed experience that blends nature and the beautiful game into the perfect match.

Canyon Kick-Off brings the pitch to the heart of the Park. Beneath the iconic bridge, country flags representing all eight nations competing in Vancouver are suspended alongside a giant 10-foot soccer ball, creating a striking visual across the canyon. Take in the sights and heights of the West Coast rainforest with its hat-trick of attractions – Treetops Adventure, Cliffwalk and the iconic Suspension Bridge. Around every turn, interactive soccer-themed activations, photo opportunities, and family-friendly activities invite guests to play, explore and celebrate, no matter who they’re cheering for.

EDGEMONT VILLAGE
