In late January 2020, we got together at The Wallace with our community stakeholders, tourism industry colleagues, and destination marketing partners to unveil and celebrate the new Vancouver’s North Shore brand. Our brand launch event was a representation of our new brand pillars – our nature’s proximity to urban experiences, our natural beauty, our welcoming and distinct neighbourhoods, and our outstanding outdoor recreation available through all four seasons.
The year-long branding process was led by Loki Creative, a Vancouver-based agency specializing in brand strategy and identity. Months of research took place through stakeholder workshops and online surveys leading us to a brand that was created by our community and the excitement and lasting memories of our visitors. As Vancouver’s North Shore Tourism Association we now have a destination brand that can be owned by our communities and stakeholders. We are Vancouver’s North Shore. Nowhere Better Natured.
