About this Event
Join Robyn Wyman, founder of The Calm Village, for a nature excursion through our beautiful North Shore forests.
Receive practical, nature-based knowledge in a group setting, while taking a break from the city hustle. You will experience grounding, forest bathing, boundary and space holding and learn about the natural elements.
What We Do:
- Learn how to enter and leave the land with honour and respect
- Learn how to connect with the natural elements
- Learn what forest bathing is
- Discover edible plants of the temperate rainforest
- Exploring your five senses in a natural setting
- Enjoy the birds and creatures
- Experience stillness and expansiveness
While on our excursions, you have the opportunity to connect with nature, your higher self, and a community of like-minded people.
The forest provides the opportunity for you to awaken to your inherent Divinity. It is in the stillness that you become present and that is where the magic of life is.
We’ll be walking in the forest in all weather so dress accordingly.
