Questions

FAQ

Why take the shuttle from the North Shore instead of Downtown Vancouver?

The North Shore is a whole new area to explore: local businesses, shops, breweries, restaurants, and a view of Vancouver from across the water you won’t see anywhere else. The Shipyards, where the shuttle begins, is a beautiful walkable waterfront community, and Edgemont Village is a local gem at the base of the mountains.

Can I book the shuttle in advance?

No. The shuttle isn’t bookable and seats guests based on their place in the physical lineup.

Do I need to buy tickets for Grouse Mountain or Capilano Suspension Bridge?

Yes, tickets can be purchased in advance or at the attraction gates. Book ahead at grousemountain.com and capbridge.com (links above), or scan the QR code on the bus.

What if I miss a shuttle or it’s full?

See "Other ways to get around" above: public transit (Bus 236 / Bus 246), Uber, Lyft, or North Shore Taxi at (604) 922-2222.

Is the shuttle wheelchair and stroller accessible?

Unfortunately, the shuttles are not accessible by wheelchair or stroller.

Attraction hours, programming and events are subject to change. Please confirm details on each attraction’s website before you travel. Soccer-themed programming at Grouse Mountain and Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is independently run and not affiliated with FIFA or the World Cup.
