Polish Festival Vancouver

The 7th annual Polish Cultural Festival at the Shipbuilders’ Square and the Pipe Shop in Lower Lonsdale will feature Polish music, singing and folk dancing and a special program for children and youth with, arts and games activities, sing along and more.

For kids, Gina-Marie Frazier from Castletop Characters will be performing face painting, balloon twisting and a 30 min magic show!

Performances from Polonez – Polish Canadian Dance Society the dance group from Vancouver.

Vendors will be selling Polish T-shirts and accessories, jewelry, arts and crafts, as well as plenty of delicious traditional Polish food such as sausages, perogis and pastries.

Come have fun at the Polish Festival! Celebrate with your family and friends and meet others in the community.

Festival hours 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Dance Party with YAAZDA  from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Getting to the Festival

Shipbuilders’ Square is in the Shipyards at the foot of Lonsdale Avenue, just east of the Lonsdale Quay and the Sea bus terminal, in North Vancouver.

If you are taking public transit – from downtown take the Sea bus from Waterfront Station to Lonsdale Quay. Exit the Sea bus Terminal or bus loop and follow the signs to your right (east) to Shipbuilders Square.

If you are driving, there is free parking in the ICBC parkade on the weekends. The ICBC lot located adjacent to the Lonsdale Market, you can enter off Rogers Avenue and Carrie Cates Court. Other parking options include:

– Lonsdale Quay Parkade   Entry via Carrie Cates Court

– Time Building Parkade     Entry off West Esplanade

– Pinnacle Hotel entry at      Victory Ship Way
