Canyon Lights at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park

Capilano Suspension Bridge’s annual holiday tradition Canyon Lights is a must-see holiday event for all ages. You will be dazzled by thousands of magical lights twinkling across the Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, Cliffwalk and throughout the park. You will also see the world’s tallest living Christmas tree — 153 feet tall and still growing!

Canyon Lights includes: admission to the park, a Snowy Owl Prowl, gingerbread cookie decorating, make your own Christmas card (by donation) in the Winter Pavilion and sing-a-long carols with the Christmas band.

Insider Tip: To avoid entrance line-ups, visit the park on weekdays prior to December 21st.

Free Shuttle: If are coming from downtown Vancouver, there is a free shuttle from Canada Place to the Suspension Bridge every 30 minutes from 11am and 9pm during Canyon Lights.

Pay Parking ($5) is located across the street from this attraction. This location is also accessible by transit. From downtown Vancouver ride the Seabus to Lonsdale Quay and then take the #236 bus to the The Capilano Suspension Bridge Park.

Canyon Lights Admission

Cost: $46.95 for adults; $42.95 for seniors, $34.95 for students, $27.95 for youth (13-16), $14.95 for children (6-12) and free for children under 6.

B.C. residents can get free access to the attraction for one full year for the price of admission. Ask at the ticket booth.

Remember your Canyon Lights tickets are valid all day. The park opens at 11am, so come early and experience the park during in the daylight hours. Then stay for the light display and holiday activities from 4pm to 9pm daily, excluding Christmas Day when the park is closed.

Partial proceeds from admission will be donated to the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund.

The Capilano Suspension Bridge is located close to all major Vancouver hotels.
