From cozy "bed and breakfasts" to economical motel-style properties, and hotels - even one on the waterfront - any travelers' needscan be met. Whether driving or taking public transportation, all downtown activities are minutes away. Hockey games, football games and the downtown theatres are all easily reached from the North Shore. The Sea Bus, or walk-on Ferry is a fun way to get from one shore to the other, giving visitors another view of this city's majestic setting, that being from the water.

Edgemont Village is filled with wonderful specialty shops and varied dining choices. Deep Cove is a precious jewel sitting on the edge of Indian Arm, an inlet reaching in past the city of Vancouver. Pubs, shops, canoeing, kayaking and quaint strolls are the order of the day in the Cove.
